This program is designed to be an entirely standalone, progressive, program you can do with minimal space and next just a few dumbells and bands.
This program emphasizes the development of muscular strength and size development by leveraging the power of compound movements, intensifiers, density, and tools like accentuated eccentrics and isometrics.
The Home Program + Minimal Equipment Is:
4 weeks long.
Built around the principle of progressive overload.
Weeks build on each other as opposed to a random workout each time. This is a real PROGRAM.
Modifiable to be run 4 or 6 days per week based on preference, training age, and recoverability.
Tremendous for vacations, hotels, and quarantine situations.
It requires nothing more than a body length of space, a heavy and light pair of dumbells, and some bands.
Includes an external exercise demonstration library.
It can be quickly modified for bodyweight/low equipment situations.
